Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery 

Orders are shipped via Post within Switzerland.

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays only). Delivery may take 4 working days. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), preparation time may increase. 

Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 100. Charges for smaller orders are CHF 2.00 or CHF 7.00. 

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us at info@brideedition.ch.

If items are missing or damaged, notify us by email info@brideedition.ch with your order number and issue description. We cover return costs for faulty items.
